How your order travels

Order placed

You get a confirmation email straight away with your order number and a summary of what's coming.

Packed

Within one working day. Every piece is checked, folded and packed by hand before it leaves us.

Dispatched

A second email lands with your tracking link, so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivered

3–5 days UK standard, 1–3 express, 7–14 international. Nothing needs signing for.

Returns

  • 14 days from delivery to start a return.
  • Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and tagged, in their original packaging.
  • Email info@ash-hadu.co.uk with your order number and we'll send the return details back within 1–2 working days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the parcel.
  • Return postage is covered by you unless the piece arrived faulty or wrong — then it's on us.
  • For a different size, return the original and place a new order so your size doesn't sell out while it's in transit.

Before you order

Our hoodies are cut oversized, so the size guide on each product page is worth a look — most people stay true to size for the intended drop-shoulder fit.

International orders may attract customs duties or import VAT on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and aren't included at checkout.
